Barbecue Catering

 

Our Aussie Barbecue Catering menu has been designed for larger informal gatherings such as work functions, christmas parties, sporting events etc where larger numbers of people will be expected. Our chef will cook onsite at your function venue and waiting staff can also be supplied if needed (at extra charge). Aussie BBQ menu prices are listed below and minimum numbers apply (see below)

We now also can supply soft drinks, juice and bottled water to our customers. Please see below for pricing.

Complimentary bread rolls and butter are provided for all Aussie BBQ functions.

If you cannot supply a BBQ one can be supplied by Diamond Blue Catering for a hire fee of $80

Aussie BBQ Menu

» Beef Sausages - Quality beef sausages served with grilled onions and tomato sauce (2 per person)

» Hamburgers -Home made hamburgers grilled and served in a bun with the option of lettuce,tomato,beetroot and grilled onions (1 per person)

» Marinated Chicken Drumettes- in a plum and soy sauce and cooked on the BBQ (2 per person)

» Pork Kebabs - marinated pork pieces skewered with capsicum and onion and then grilled, served with a mild sweet chilli sauce (1 per person)

» Vegetable Burgers - served with a home made vegetable chutney (1 per person)

» Scotch Fillet Steak - served with a mushroom and seeded mustard sauce (1 per person)

» Chicken Satay - marinated chicken skewers served with a mild satay sauce (2 per person)

Pricing

Prices are based on the number of choices you select as per following ;

»  2 choices from main menu including 3 salad choices, bread rolls and butter $15.00 per person (Minimum 40 guests)

» 3 choices from main menu including 4 salad choices, bread rolls and butter $19.00 per person (Minimum 30 guests)

» 4 choices from main menu including 4 salad choices, bread rolls and butter $24.50 person (Minimum 25 guests)

Bottled water, juice and soft drink cans

1 drink per guest $1.70

2 drinks per guest $3.00

Includes tub with ice

All prices include a chef to stay and cook your bbq .
