Our Hot and Cold Buffet menu is designed to allow you to choose your menu depending on the event and the time of year or season. With dishes such as Thai Green Curry Chicken served with steamed coconut rice and rich Lamb Ragout served with penne pasta and fresh parmesan cheese for those cold winter nights to Roast Chicken Platters and Fresh Fruit Platters. Hot food is served in stainless steel chafing dishes with cold food served on large white ceramic platters. The menus and prices below apply to a minimum of 20 people, we can cater for numbers less than 20 but a surcharge will apply. Prices include ceramic plates, cutlery, paper napkins, bread rolls and green salad.

  

  

Hot Menu

  

» Lamb Ragout served with penne pasta and fresh parmesan cheese

» Chargrilled Vegetable and Pesto Gnocchi

» Prawn and Asian Vegetable Stirfry in a plum and oyster sauce with hokkein noodles

» Rolled and Seasoned Beef Sirloin served with a seeded mustard and thyme sauce

» Beef Lasagna or Vegetable Lasagna

» Thai Green Curry Chicken served with steamed coconut rice and  crisp pappadums

» Beef Stroganoff with mushroom and capsicum served with rice

» Moroccan Spiced Roast Chicken Pieces served with a garlic and yogurt tzatziki

» Ricotta and Spinach Canelloni topped with a fresh pesto and cheese crust.

» Stirfry Vegetable Medley with seasonal vegetables and fresh herbs

  

Cold Menu

  

» Cold meat platter with roast beef, salami, ham off the bone and marinated chicken breast

» Antipasto platter with chargrilled vegetables, marinated feta cheese, olives, semi dried tomatoes and kabana

» Roast chicken platter with seasoned chicken pieces and salad garnish

» Salad platter with tomatoes, cucumber, capsicum, snowpeas, red onion and celery also comes with a french onion dip

  

Desserts

  

» Fresh Fruit Platters with seasonal fruit and a sweet chocolate dip $3.50 per person

» Lemon Tart with a fresh lemon curd baked in shortcrust pastry $5.20 per person

» Chocolate Mud Cake served with warm chocolate sauce and whipped cream $5.20 per person

» Warm Fruit Crumble served with warm custard and cream $5.20 per person
