Party Catering
As professional Wedding and dinner party caterers, our Dinner Party Menu has been designed to cater for your special event with the minimum of fuss. All you need to do is select your menu or speak to staff in relation to having one designed for you. All we need is to have access to a basic kitchen either at your house or function venue. Besides menu selection we can liase with you in regards to table settings and any special dietary requirements that you or your guests may have. We take the hassle out of wedding catering and dinner party catering.
Entree (choice of two)
» Chicken and Semi Dried Tomato Ravioli - served in a rich butternut pumpkin and nutmeg cream sauce
» Rare Roast Beef and Spinach Salad - with feta cheese, roast capsicum and black olives, finished with a raspberry vinaigrette dressing
» Chili Prawn Linguini - fresh tiger prawns tossed in a seafood infused bisque and served with a home made mild chili linguini and baby bok choy
» Honey and Almond Chicken Salad - pan fried chicken tenderloins, tossed with cos lettuce, flaked almonds and fresh pear, finished with a honey and almond dressing
» Thai Green Vegetable Curry - Asian greens and fresh tofu served in an aromatic green curry, with coconut rice and crisp pappadum
» Smoked Salmon and Dill Roulade - fresh smoked salmon and rocket rolled in a thin crepe with a dill flavoured cream cheese, sliced and finished with a lime and caper dressing
» Lamb Ragout Tartlet -rich and tender lamb ragout served in a savoury pastry case with a mint creme fraiche and rocket salad
Main Course (choice of two)
» Eye Fillet Steak - served with a shredded potato cake, Asian greens and a red wine jus
» Veal Medallions -pan fried and accompanied by a wild mushroom and pancetta risotto, finished with a seeded mustard and lemon cream
» Chicken Fillet -filled with brie, semi dried tomato and fresh basil, served with a seasonal vegetable stirfry and shredded potato cakes
» Poached Salmon Steak - served with a lemon zest and fresh dill sauce, accompanied by a mild chili linguini
» New York Porterhouse Steak -cooked to your liking and served with creamy mash potatoes, green beans and a rosemary jus
» Spiced Tuna Fillet - mildly spiced yellowfin tuna fillet cooked medium and served with a butternut pumpkin risotto and a garlic and lemon yogurt
» Beef Wellington - traditional eye fillet steak topped with mushroom and onion duxelles, wrapped in puff pastry and baked, served with a mushroom sauce
» Chicken Mignons - chicken breast mignons wrapped in bacon and oven baked, served with a garlic cream sauce
» Vegetable Lasagna Stack - chargrilled vegetables layered with home made lasagna sheets, goats cheese and a fresh tomato and basil concasse
Dessert(choice of two)
» Lemon Tart - baked with a caramelised finish and served with a lemon zest and passionfruit sauce
» Chocolate Profiteroles -traditional profiteroles filled with creme patissiere and topped with a warm chocolate sauce and honeycomb shards
» Melon Ball Skewers - rolled in honey and macadamia nuts, served with vanilla bean ice cream and mango coulis
» Kahlua Mud Cake - flourless mud cake served warm with a kahlua flavoured chocolate sauce
» Vanilla Baked Cheesecake -one of our many signature dishes served with a summer berry compote
» Banana Caramel Pudding - banana sponge pudding served warm with caramel sauce and double cream
» Winter Fruit Crumble -stewed fruit topped with a cinnamon crumble and oven baked, served with sauce anglaise
Pricing
Prices are based on the combination of entree, main course and dessert that you select as per following ;
» Main Course only $29.00 per person
» Entree and Main Course $39.00 per person
» Main Course and Dessert $37.00 per person
» Entree, Main Course and Dessert $45.00 per person
» Coffee and Tea $3.00 per person (Add $3.50 per person for individually bagged chocolates)
