Barbecue Catering
Our Gourmet Barbecue Catering menu is designed to cater for less formal functions such as 21'st birthdays, corporate functions, sporting events and any other lunch or dinner celebration for groups of 40 or more people. Our chef will cook onsite at your function venue and if required we can supply waiting staff (waiting staff at extra charge) to serve your guests. Gourmet BBQ menus are listed below and prices are based on a minimum of 40 guests (prices can be negotiated for lesser numbers).
Complimentary bread sticks and butter are provided for all Gourmet BBQ functions.
We now also can supply soft drinks, juice and bottled water to our customers. Please see below for pricing.
If you cannot supply a BBQ one can be supplied by Diamond Blue Catering for a hire fee of $80

» Marinated and Skewered Prawn Tails - served with a choice of dipping sauces ( Sweet chilli or peanut and coriander)
» Beef Skewers - served with a spicy plum sauce
» Cajun Chicken Skewers - marinated in a Cajun spice blend and grilled served with a satay dipping sauce
» Seafood Kebabs - Prawns, scallops and fish goujons marinated in fresh lemon and cracked black pepper served with tzatziki sauce
» Vegetable Kebabs - brushed with a basil pesto marinate
» Gourmet Sausages - selection of gourmet sausages, served with a variety of mustards and sauces
» Mini Sausage Baguettes - variety of mini sausages, served in a mini baguette with a tomato, red onion and rosemary chutney
» Ocean Trout Fillets - lightly grilled and served with a parsley and caper butter
» Sardine Fillets - lightly crumbed in a fresh herb and lemon crumb and served with a salsa mayonnaise
» Lean Beef Burgers - served with caramelised onions, roast capsicum and gruyere cheese in a soft herb bun
» Kangaroo Fillet - rubbed with spices, grilled medium rare and served with a roast capsicum and red onion jam
» Prime Porterhouse - marinated and cooked pink, served with your choice of sauces (mushroom, peppercorn or garlic sauce)
» Herbed Minute Steak - Thinly cut porterhouse steak marinated in a fresh herb and cracked pepper marinate
» Asian Chicken Drumsticks - marinated in a honey, ginger and sweet soy marinate
» Morroccan Spiced Chicken Kebabs - served with a yogurt and garlic dressing
» Spiced Pork Cutlets - served with a Calvados and pink peppercorn cream sauce
» Greek Style Lamb Fillets - marinated, cooked pink and served with a traditional yogurt and garlic tzatziki

» Fresh Garden Salad- served with salad dressing
» Greek Salad - cos lettuce, tomato, cucumber,olives and fetta cheese
» Caesar Salad - lettuce, crispy bacon, croutons, and a creamy caesar dressing
» Coleslaw Salad - thinly sliced cabbage, carrot and red onion with coleslaw dressing
» Tuna Pasta Salad- finished with a seeded mustard and mayonnaise dressing
» Asian Noodle Salad - with a mild satay dressing
» Mixed Bean Salad- with fresh tomato and coriander
» Oriental Rice Salad- finished with a soy and ginger dressing
» Country Style Potato Salad- with bacon, spring onions and capsicum

Prices are based on the number of choices you select as per following ;
» 2 choices from main menu including 3 salad choices, bread stick and butter, $22.00 per person
» 3 choices from main menu including 4 salad choices, bread stick and butter, $27.00 per person
» 4 choices from main menu including 5 salad choices, bread stick and butter, $33.00 per person
