Our platter menu has been designed to suit as either a light grazing for your guests before their main meal or otherwise can be used as a light lunch or dinner. With everything from seafoods to cold meats to antipasto and desserts the range certainly covers as a meal if required. Prices are based on per number of guests and there is a minimum order of $350 (including GST).Travel fee applicable for orders less than $600.

Platter selection (savoury)
» Seafood Platter - Selection of whole king prawns, smoked trout, oysters natural, smoked salmon, marinated mussels in a mild tomato salsa and seafood sauce, finished with seasonal fruit garnish. ($12.50 per person)
» Cold Meat Platter - Sliced Roast beef, Roast Chicken pieces, Leg Ham, Salami and Corned Silverside served with olives, dijon mustard and a homemade tomato chutney. ($10.50 per person)
» Antipasto Platter - Selection of Chargrilled vegetables, Assorted olives, Fetta cheese, mild salami and two varieties of dip. Also comes with fresh Turkish bread. ($8.50 per person)
» Assorted Sushi and Nori Roll Platter - Handmade rolled nori rolls and assorted sushi served with soy sauce, pickled ginger and wasabi ($9.00 per person)
» Mediterranean Dip and Vegetable Platter - Three varieties of dip and freshly cut raw vegetables served with fresh Turkish bread ($7.50 per person)
» Mini Baguette Platter - White and wholemeal baguettes served with assorted cold meats, cheese, mustard varieties and tomato chutney ($8.50 per person includes 2 baguettes per serve)
Platter selection (sweet)
» Profiterole Platter - Freshly made profiteroles filled with a french custard and topped with rich chocolate, garnished with fresh strawberries ($2.50 per serve)
» Fresh Fruit Platter - Fresh Seasonal fruit including melon, strawberries, grape, apple and pineapple other fruits available when in season ($3.00 per serve)
» Speciality Chocolate Platter - Handmade chocolates with various fillings including hazelnut, strawberry liquer and caramel. Chocolates can be served loosely or served in a decorated cellophane bag ($4.00 per serve - 3 chocolates per serve)
