Your special day needs to be tailored to your individual tastes and needs, for that reason we do not have a specific wedding menu but instead allow you to choose from all of our different menus according to the type of wedding you have planned and also taking into account your budget. Diamond Blue Catering services has developed a name as one of Melbournes more personal wedding caterers and we look forward to helping you organise your wedding day.

Detailed below is a brief run down of each menu and how they could be suited to your big day.  You can click on each menu to be taken to the appropriate page.

Dinner Party Menu - This is our most popular wedding menu, it allows you to choose how many courses you want and is served as a sit down formal meal. Perfect if your wedding is held indoors and your guests are seated.

Grazing Menu -  The Grazing Menu can be served as either a seated or standing style. Smaller dishes are served to your guests usually in bowls and an average function may have 5 to 6 different courses.

Gourmet Fingerfood Menu - Suited more to be served with pre dinner drinks or as a light meal our Gourmet Fingerfood Menu can be passed around to your guests by our waiting staff or else set up as a buffet type service where your guests can help themselves.

Spit Roast Menu - Our Spit Roast Menu looks fantastic set up as a buffet, your guests will come up to the buffet table and have their meat carved in front of them by one of our chefs and then go on to select their salads and vegetables etc.

Gourmet BBQ Menu- The Gourmet BBQ Menu is suited more for an outdoor type of setting, our chef will attend set up your buffet with salads, breads and condimets etc. They will then cook your preselected menu serving it on large platters for your guests to choose themselves.
