Thankyou, Todd.
Not only did you carry out our wishes meticulously but you added your own flourish and attention to detail to make our afternoon tea for 700 guests such a pleasurable event. Yes there must have been at least 700 guests because 700 seats were provided in the church and all were 'sat upon'. Your catering for 600 as requested was so ample that no one expressed any dissaatisfaction with the amount of food available.
It was the quality that folks commented on most favourably. I myself did not have time to have a cup of tea or to sample even a sandwich but I was most impressed in the morning when I saw eggs on the stove ready for boiling and witnessed you 'chef like' slicing the fresh lettuce and tomatoes. I appreciated the freshness of the ingredients. Others did too because one lady commented that the sandwiches were fresh and full. I heard others comment upon the tastiness of the hot finger food and on how delicious the slices were. I think it was a chocoholic who commented on how nice the chocolate icing on the lamingtons was. Thank you Todd.
In summary, Todd, thanks to Diamond Blue Catering, for excellent service, exquisite food and gracious hospitality. Please convey our compliments to all members of staff and share with them the contents of this letter if you wish.
