Diamond Blue Catering is a catering company in Melbourne that was established in 2006, so in that respect is a fairly new caterer to the south eastern suburbs of  Melbourne. Founded by chef Todd Graham (pictured left) the business goal is to bring a more professional style of catering to the area and surrounds, with prices still being at an affordable level. Todd is a qualified chef and has worked in the restaurant and hotel industry as a chef for approximately 18 years.

We pride ourselves on personal service and customer satisfaction with every function that we cater for. As a catering company operating in Melbourne, we specialise in event catering, corporate catering, dinner party catering, finger food catering, party function catering and wedding catering.

Catering is not just a business to the staff at Diamond Blue but a love for food and the food industry as a whole. You have our guarantee that our food will always be of the finest quality, our staff will always be punctual, courteous and professional and you will be forever recommending us to your friends! Food plays such an integral part of any event or function and Diamond blue understands this. This is why they include additional extras like cutlery for every other menu except finger food.
