Buffet Hot & Cold Catering Melbourne
Our Hot and Cold Buffet menu is designed to allow you to choose your menu depending on the event and the time of year or season. With dishes such as Thai Green Curry Chicken served with steamed coconut rice and rich Lamb Ragout served with penne pasta and fresh parmesan cheese for those cold winter nights to Roast Chicken Platters and Fresh Fruit Platters. Hot food is served in stainless steel chafing dishes with cold food served on large white ceramic platters. The menus and prices below apply to a minimum of 20 people, we can cater for numbers less than 20 but a surcharge will apply. Prices include ceramic plates, cutlery, paper napkins, bread rolls and green salad.
