Our delicious selection of cakes and tarts are made fresh for each order and are the perfect finish to any one of our menus from finger food through to our Gourmet BBQ's. They are also great for work functions or a morning or afternoon tea with friends.

Baked Cheesecake -creamy French vanilla baked cheesecake flavoured with lemon and passion fruit (serves 16) $47.00
Pavlova -an old favourite, traditional pavlova topped with fresh whipped cream and seasonal fruit (serves 16) $47.00
Profiterole Platter -choux pastry puffs filled with a French custard and topped with rich chocolate ($2.40 per serve, minimum 40 serves)
Lemon Tart - shortcrust pastry filled with a zesty lemon curd, oven baked and finished with a caramelized top (serves 16) $47.00
