Our delicious selection of cakes and tarts are made fresh for each order and are the perfect finish to any one of our menus from Finger food through to our Gourmet BBQ's. They are also great for work functions or a morning or afternoon tea with friends.

Diamond Blue Catering services can also supply fantastic birthday cakes for all ages and for any number of people, please call or email to discuss your cake with staff.

Pricing

A delivery fee applies for orders of less than $100. GST is additional on all prices.

Lemon Tart - shortcrust pastry filled with a zesty lemon curd, oven baked and finished with a caramelized top (serves 16) $47.00
Chocolate Mud cake - chocolate lovers heaven, a dense chocolate mud cake finished with a rich chocolate ganache (serves 16) $47.00
White Chocolate Mousse Cake - white chocolate sponge cake layered with white chocolate mousse and decorated (serves 16) $47.00
Baked Cheesecake -creamy French vanilla baked cheesecake flavoured with lemon and passion fruit (serves 16) $47.00
Pavlova -an old favourite, traditional pavlova topped with fresh whipped cream and seasonal fruit (serves 16) $47.00
Profiterole Platter -choux pastry puffs filled with a French custard and topped with rich chocolate ($2.40 per serve, minimum 40 serves)
