Grazing Menu Melbourne

The Grazing Menu is designed to allow your guests to experience a variety of smaller dishes whether in a formal or casual setting. You can select the number of different courses that you require and also the type of food you wanted served. With everything from Lemon and Pepper Barramundi with Fries to a delicious Lamb Ragout Risotto served with fresh parmesan we are sure to satisfy yourself and your guests every time. This menu is perfect for formal events such as Weddings and Corporate Catering Functions to name but a few.

Waiting staff are required to serve the grazing menu, they can either be supplied by yourself or else our staff rates can found in our Terms and Conditions.

Main Course

1. Lemon and Pepper Barramundi - cooked in a light tempura batter and served with shoestring fries, served in a paper cone.
2. Green Thai Chicken Curry - served mild with thin vermicelli noodles and a crisp pappadum on the side.
3. Venison and Red Wine Agnolotti - served in a rich mushroom, tomato and rosemary infused sauce, served with sweet potato chips
4. Lamb Ragout Risotto - slow cooked Lamb Ragout with tender lamb pieces and vegetables combined with arborio rice and finished with shaved parmesan cheese.
5. Mini Chicken Souvlaki - marinated chicken pieces grilled and served in a thin flatbread with tomato, lettuce and garlic yogurt sauce.
6. Spiced Prawn Skewers - marinated prawn cutlets,panfried and served with Asian vegetables and a sweet chilli and coriander sauce.
7. Cajun Chicken Caeser Salad - warm chicken pieces dusted with cajun spices and served on a caeser salad of cos lettuce, crispy bacon, croutons, parmesan and a creamy caeser dressing.
8. Baby Cheeseburgers - served in a soft flour bun with rocket, roma tomato and swiss cheese.
9. Indian Fish Curry - Fresh fish pieces poached in a aromatic curry sauce served with seasonal vegetables and steamed rice.
10. Vegetarian Stirfry - Asian vegetables tossed with tofu and egg noodles, finished with a plum and hoi sin sauce.
11. Chicken, Wild mushroom and Spinach Risotto - served with freshly shaved parmesan cheese.
12. Peppered Eye Fillet - Tender pieces of fillet steak tossed in a pepper seasoning and wok fried, served with rice pilaf.

Desserts

1. Chocolate Pudding - smothered in chocolate sauce and dusted with icing sugar
2. Luscious Lemon Tart - individual lemon tart, freshly baked and served with double cream
3. Berry Chocolate Mousse - rich chocolate mousse topped with mixed berries and whipped cream
4. Profiteroles - freshly made profiteroles filled with a french custard and topped with a warm chocolate sauce
