Terms and Conditions

In order to secure your booking for your prefered date we require a 50% deposit of the total invoice, until we have the deposit we will not be able to confirm that you have the date that you have requested. The deposit is fully refundable up until 60 days before your function, otherwise a portion of the deposit may be kept as a cancellation fee, this amount will depend on the size of the function and the amount of time put in by Diamond Blue Catering staff to organise your function. All functions cancelled with less than 7 days notice before the function date will forego their deposit.

» Depending on your individual function we may request that you provide us with a table or two to set up and serve from.

» We will need to confirm the number of guests with you a minimum of 4 days before your function, this number will represent the minimum number of guests for which you will be charged.

» Any equipment which is not returned, lost or broken will be charged at the replacement cost.

» Waiting staff are available for all functions at the following cost,
- Monday to Friday $32.00 per hour (minimum of 3 hours)
- Saturday $35.00 per hour (minimum 4 hours)
- Sunday $39.00 (minimum 4 hours)
- Public holidays $49.00 per hour (minimum 4 hours)

Chefs are supplied to every function at no extra cost but will not be used as a substitute for waiting staff.

Prices listed in this website are subject to change but are firm from the payment of your deposit to your function date.

A surcharge of 15% is required for all functions on public holidays and for New Years Eve.

Payment options are available as following - cheque, cash, direct deposit, Visa or Mastercard

We do require access to a basic kitchen for all functions, if the function is held at a venue with no kitchen access the client will be charged for hire of portable ovens and other kitchen equipment that may be required.

Visa or Mastercard payments will attract a 1.75% surcharge to cover bank charges
